These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Xelora Nuxuje Pte Ltd's ("Xelora Nuxuje," "we," or "us") document services in Singapore. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Xelora Nuxuje provides professional document services including:

  • Certified translation services
  • Notarization and apostille services
  • Document security features

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our services are limited to document processing as described.

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information for all services requested. We reserve the right to refuse service if information appears fraudulent or incomplete.

2.2 Document Ownership

You warrant that you have legal right to all documents submitted and that processing them does not violate any third-party rights or laws.

2.3 Prohibited Content

We will not process documents containing:

  • Illegal or fraudulent content
  • Malicious software or code
  • Material violating intellectual property rights
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content

3. Fees and Payments

3.1 Service Fees

All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are due upon service request unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are subject to change with prior notice.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayNow. Cash payments may be arranged for in-person services.

3.3 Refunds

Service fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for cancelled services before work begins.

4. Turnaround Times

Estimated processing times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Third-party verification requirements
  • Government agency processing times
  • Document complexity or language
  • Force majeure events

Express service fees do not guarantee specific completion times when external approvals are required.

5. Liability Limitations

5.1 Service Limitations

We verify documents to the best of our ability using available resources but cannot guarantee absolute authenticity. Final acceptance of documents is at the discretion of receiving parties.

5.2 Damages

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages.

5.3 Third-Party Actions

We are not responsible for actions or decisions made by government agencies, embassies, or other third parties related to your documents.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client documents and information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Exceptions include:

  • Legal requirements to disclose information
  • Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Requests from legitimate government authorities

7. Intellectual Property

All prepared documents remain your property. However, our document templates, processes, and methodologies are proprietary and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend services immediately if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • We suspect fraudulent activity
  • Required by law

You may cancel services at any time, subject to payment for work already performed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Singapore courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
